Place your order before 1pm and we’ll usually dispatch it the same working day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

🇮🇪 Ireland Delivery

Express Delivery – 2–7 Business Days

  • €9.95 on orders up to €75

  • Free on orders over €75

All Ireland orders are shipped using tracked courier services.

VAT & Customs – No Surprises

We are registered under the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.

That means:

  • Irish VAT is calculated and collected at checkout.

  • Orders under €150 should not incur additional VAT charges on delivery.

  • No unexpected customs charges for eligible orders.

If you ever experience an issue with customs or VAT, contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

During busy periods, this may extend slightly, but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the courier and put things right.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
