2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) are usually processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time will normally be processed on the next working day.

During peak trading periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. United Kingdom Delivery

Standard Delivery (Up to 4 Working Days)

  • £3.95 for orders between £0.00 and £25.00

  • Free delivery on orders over £25.00

While we aim to meet stated delivery times, they are not guaranteed.

4. Ireland Delivery

Express International (2–7 Business Days)

  • €9.95 for orders between €0.00 and €75.00

  • Free delivery on orders over €75.00

5. VAT & Customs – Ireland (IOSS)

We are registered under the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.

For orders shipped to Ireland:

  • Irish VAT is calculated and collected at checkout.

  • Orders with a total value of €150 or less should not incur additional VAT charges upon delivery.

  • No additional customs duties should apply for eligible orders under €150.

If your order exceeds €150, customs procedures may apply and additional charges may be payable to the courier in accordance with Irish and EU regulations.

6. Risk & Delivery Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can investigate with the courier.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

7. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Failure to collect from a courier depot

  • Refusal of delivery
